Phase 1: appoint an ASP
Businesses with AED 50m or more in annual revenue must appoint an accredited service provider.

Phase 1: go-live
Mandatory e-invoicing starts for the AED 50m and above group.
- 31 MAR 2027
Phase 2: appoint an ASP
Everyone below AED 50m, and government entities, must appoint.

Phase 2: go-live
Mandatory e-invoicing starts for all remaining in-scope businesses.

Government live
Public procurement and government invoicing move to e-invoicing.
Dates verified on 21 Sep 2026 against mof.gov.ae, including the Resolution 66 of 2026 change that moved the Phase 1 appointment to 30 Oct 2026. The programme changes; check before you act.

Stripe processes payments. It does not transmit e-invoices to the FTA. We say so plainly, because the internet will not.
